Payment Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods on GMKtec official website:

  1. Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover
  2. PayPal (available in most countries)
  3. Apple Pay / Google Pay (depending on device and browser support)
  4. Shop Pay / Klarna (if applicable in your region)

All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted gateways to ensure your privacy and data protection.

2. Currency

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
For your convenience, prices may be displayed in other currencies (EUR, GBP, JPY, etc.), but please note these are for reference only.
The final amount charged to your account will be automatically converted to USD at the current exchange rate set by your bank or payment provider.
Slight differences may occur due to daily exchange rate fluctuations.

3. Order Confirmation

After completing your payment, you will receive:

  1. An Order Confirmation Email confirming that we have received your payment and order details.
  2. A Shipping Notification Email once your order is processed and dispatched.

If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at service@gmktec.com.

4. Payment Security

GMKtec uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways to ensure all transactions are safe and secure.
Your payment details (such as card number or billing information) are never stored on our servers.

We work only with certified third-party payment providers to ensure compliance with global security standards.

5. Payment Verification

To protect against fraud, GMKtec reserves the right to:

  1. Request additional verification information before processing certain high-value or suspicious orders;
  2. Cancel orders if payment is flagged as unauthorized, invalid, or at high risk of fraud.

If additional information is required, we will contact you via the email address used during checkout.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
  2. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled unless the customer agrees to pay for the return shipping cost.
  3. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined:

  1. Ensure that your billing address, card details, and security code are entered correctly;
  2. Try an alternative payment method or contact your bank for assistance;

8. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

  1. Only one promo code or coupon can be applied per order.
  2. Coupons cannot be used in combination with other ongoing discounts unless stated otherwise.
  3. Gift cards issued by GMKtec can only be used on the official website and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Please ensure your discount code is entered correctly at checkout before completing your payment.
