Please Track Your Order with Tracking Number

Once your order is placed successfully, you should be able to receive

a) Purchase confirmation from your payment provider 

b) An order confirmation from GMK

Within 48 hours, you should be able to receive shipping confirmation once your order is ready to sent out. You could find the order tracking number in order details or shipping confirm notification email/SMS.

Use of Your Order Tracking Number

Note: Please check your email for tracking number, which is usually sent after 2-3 days of issuing your order confirmation.

If your tracking number does not show any tracking information, it may be for the following reasons: 

1). The delivery carrier has not yet received your package. 
2). The delivery carrier has not submitted your tracking information. 
3). The order number you submitted is incorrect or invalid. 
4). The order number you submitted has expired.

Each carrier usually takes certain time to process your order information before the tracking information is updated. If you are unable to locate the shipment, feel free to contact the carrier for additional information.

Therefore, the tracking information may not be immediately queried after the package is shipped. If you are unable to track it, contact the carrier for confirmation or check it later.

I just placed an order. Why don’t I have my tracking number immediately?

Once we receive your order, the information will be forwarded to our logistics team, who then process your order and pack your order items, after that, we will hand over your items to the shipping company, which then generates your tracking number. Since this whole process involves multiple steps of coordination between internal and external parties, it will take some time without doubt.


Your order will be shipped using the selected service.

Currently, we offer shipping via major logistics providers. We process all orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 1:00 am till 10:00 am CET. 

Standard delivery times across regions are as follows:

North America: Within 7 days

South America: 10-15 days

Western Europe: Within 7 days

Central Europe: 10-15 days

East Asia: Within 10 days

South Asia: 10-15 days

Southeast Asia: 10-15 days

Please note that shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

A notification will be sent to your email upon dispatch of your order along with your tracking number. Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes or military bases.
